
Kronos Workforce Dimensions & Cafeteria Benefit Enrollment
We’ve upgraded to the New Kronos system! You can find instructions on how to log in and manage your account easily here. You will need to verify your personal information i.e. pay, SS#, birthday, telephone numbers, address etc. Expect more rollouts on the service to come. Access from Computer.
Enter the URL https://hollandhome.prd.mykronos.com in your browser. Then enter your user name and password on the login page. If you need assistance with Log In please contact the help desk. If your information is wrong please contact HR@hollandhome.org or stop by Human Resources

Access from Mobile.
Download the “Workforce Dimensions” app from the app store and enter the URL https://hollandhome.prd.mykronos.com when prompted in the app. (You will only have to do this once).

Getting your Login Credentials
To obtain your login and password credentials please call the Workforce Password Reset Line @ 616-228-6969.
Username: Badge Number
Password: Last name@birth month birth year (birth month must be two digits)
Example: Himmelein@041972
Upon entering this password, you will be required to choose a new, permanent password. Your new password needs to meet the following criteria:
- Is at least ten characters long
- Uses both uppercase and lowercase letters
- Uses at least one number and one special character i.e. !@#$%^&*()

Navigating the Kronos Dashboard.
Take the following steps to access and review your Dashboard Data.
- Click the mobile menu icon in the top left most corner of the web page.
- Select My Information from the Menu
- Select My Information, My HR and My Pay and review all of the personal information within. Many blank areas will need verification.
Under “My Pay” you will find the tabs for direct deposit and taxes. If your address, telephone number, direct deposit or tax information is not accurate, visit “My HR” and select “HR Actions” If your benefits, SS# or name are not correct please email HR@hollandhome.org or stop by the Human Resources Department.

Cafeteria Benefit Plan Open Enrollment Meetings
Starting November 18, Holland Home has open enrollment for 2020 Benefits. If you work at least 24 hours or more per week, you are eligible for benefits and should attend one of these meetings. Also, updates from Mina Breuker, President & CEO.
We switched to a new HR information application. To check your pay stub or schedule, select your Zoom meeting to find out how to log in to the new system. See below for scheduled meeting times.
