In an effort to spread awareness and find a centralized location for our events and news we’re working hard to push out a new hub containing some of the following features as just a teaser.
The New Event Calendar will allow easy access searching to events across all our company websites.
Thew New Event Platform will also contain links to PDF’s and Newsletters frequently sent out to employees in email.

Is anything missing from the old version?
In Short, No. Lots has been moved around though and we are looking for employee feedback to improve the experience. If you can’t find something, the top two menus should contain everything on the previous version.
Whats New on MyCLS?
The new MyCLS contains all the old data from the previous site, a new design, mobile optimization and access to every link on every page. We also have an Events system and Newsfeed in the works.
Where can I get Application Instructions?
If you are having trouble configuring and accessing an Application visit the Knowledgebase. If you select Knowledgebase, you will be presented with an array of instructions with login instructions.
What do I do if I can’t find what I’m looking for?
If you are having trouble beyond the instructions provided, please contact Information Services via Freshdesk and the Staff will help as soon as they are available.
Do I need to do anything different?
The main idea is to bring about event awareness and a better interface. Nothing else should change. Eventually Events and News information will be updated. When it is, we will provide detailed instructions.
What should I do if I find something wrong with the site?
As this website is currently under beta testing, we would greatly appreciate it if you would tell our developer about it. If you notice an issue, please email firstname.lastname@example.org instead of creating a Ticket on Freshdesk.
