Welcome to the new MyCLS Beta
We’ve been hard at work trying to bring you a new employee portal and are happy to finally launch. We moved away from the previous layout where companies had their own pages with links and centralized all the information on one hub to be shared between all employees that utilize them. We now have a growing Knowledge base with articles to assist in learning necessary applications and software relevant to your job, news and an events platform to spread awareness to the ongoing activities of Christian Living Services. As the site is new, if you experience any issues please follow the IT SUPPORT link at the top and send an email to aidan.boyle@hollandhome.org and we’ll see about getting it addressed as soon as possible.

In an effort to spread awareness and find a centralized location for our events and news we’re working hard to push out a new hub containing some of the following features as just a teaser.

The New Event Calendar will allow easy access searching to events across all our company websites.

Thew New Event Platform will also contain links to PDF’s and Newsletters frequently sent out to employees in email.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is anything missing from the old version?
In Short, No. Lots has been moved around though and we are looking for employee feedback to improve the experience. If you can’t find something, the top two menus should contain everything on the previous version.
Whats New on MyCLS?
The new MyCLS contains all the old data from the previous site, a new design, mobile optimization and access to every link on every page. We also have an Events system and Newsfeed in the works.
Where can I get Application Instructions?
If you are having trouble configuring and accessing an Application visit the Knowledgebase. If you select Knowledgebase, you will be presented with an array of instructions with login instructions.
What do I do if I can’t find what I’m looking for?
If you are having trouble beyond the instructions provided, please contact Information Services via Freshdesk and the Staff will help as soon as they are available.
Do I need to do anything different?
The main idea is to bring about event awareness and a better interface. Nothing else should change. Eventually Events and News information will be updated. When it is, we will provide detailed instructions.
What should I do if I find something wrong with the site?
As this website is currently under beta testing, we would greatly appreciate it if you would tell our developer about it. If you notice an issue, please email aidan.boyle@hollandhome.org instead of creating a Ticket on Freshdesk.
